Maid Service - House Cleaning - Rates
$99 minimum for one maid up to three hours.

Add additional time as needed.

Tips are appreciated.  

Small Homes and Offices
Basic cleanings will require 3 to 4 hours with 1 maid.
Detailed cleanings will require 4 to 6 hours with 1 maid.

Large Homes and Offices
Specialty cleanings-move out-move in-extremely dirty

(trashed) units-will require additional time and multiple cleaners.
